Born in 1971. He graduated from the Seoul Institute of the Art. After that he worked as a playwriter, theater actor and director in 1997, Taxi Driver. After that he wrote several film scripts, including A Hot Roof (95), Do You Believe in Jazz (96), Barricade (97). The Happenings (98) is his directorial debut.
